That "something" involves a 14,000-square-foot building built in 1928 at Central Avenue and Lincoln Street. Produce businesses once dominated in and around the Anchor Building, as it once was called, so the Rosensteins are calling the building the Duce. The neighborhood also picked up the name the Deuce over the years, reflecting its proximity to Second Street and Second Avenue.
